App support

For account access, fixtures, predictions and attendance help, contact Rhinoz Studio at marwan.qaid@me.com.

Include your device model, app version and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or sensitive images.

Sign-up and sign-in

Open My account and choose Sign in or Create account. Continue with Apple, Google or email. Email accounts may require confirmation; check your spam folder.

Password recovery

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Open the recovery link on the device that requested it and set a new password. For Apple or Google accounts, use the same provider button.

Delete account

Open My account → Delete account and follow the confirmations. Deletion is permanent and affects the account shared by the app and website. Signing out does not delete it. Retry an interrupted request or contact support. See the privacy policy for retained records and exceptions.

Notifications and points

Check in-app preferences and iPhone notification permissions. The in-app inbox is separate from device push alerts; not every event generates an immediate push. Attendance points are awarded after review, and predictions close at the match's configured deadline.
